SLV Builders Inc. of Alamosa, Colorado began in 1991 as present owners Scott Erickson and LeRoy Polkowske decided to combine their experience in the construction industry to provide Steel building services to the agricultural industry. With the demand for Potato storage increasing the business grew quickly keeping owners and employees busy and SLV Builders in demand throughout the San Luis Valley.
Scott and LeRoy Valley Builders or just SLV Builders has adjusted to changing market conditions in southern Colorado. Today our experience includes building Churches, Retail Buildings, Strip mall construction, Garage and shop buildings, Warehouse facilities and many many other projects. Most of our construction continues to be steel frame buildings.
